Drive optimal performance (cost, fulfillment, quality, cash) and profitability through the Supply Chain and Project execution. Intermediate level professional positions requiring subject matter knowledge and experience, more independence in problem solving and decision making.
Site/region strategy and execution of manufacturing finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activities. Own P&L and balance sheet activities, including cost accounting, inventory controls (PI, Revals, standards, variances, etc.), product fulfillment and COGS booking, functional costs, VCP/BCP, P&E, etc. Developed basic commercial awareness; may allocate and be responsible for the quality of work in others; act as advisor and coach to junior team members; developed interpersonal skills to handle complex situations. Focus on team & department priorities within operating unit and may be responsible for work and development of others.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Finance - Manufacturing Operations.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
