Adecco Direct Hire is recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client in the Charlotte, NC area for the position of Lead Maintenance Technician. Qualified candidates for this role will have at least 3-5 years of experience in Maintenance Supervision and High Speed Automation. Experience in an ISO environment is highly preferred. The duties and responsibilities of this role include the following: Responsibilities: • Lead the activities of a 24 hour maintenance team to ensure equipment and peripherals are in top mechanical shape and are capable of optimum machine cycle. • Maintain SOPs, Forms, and Checklists for all maintenance functions and validate the information contained bi-yearly. • Monitor the timely execution of all maintenance cycles as required by the machine manufacturer. • Issue and execute a monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annually maintenance plan for all areas. • Analyze the machine performance and publish monthly report with improvement procedures. • Lead development and improvement of machine processes and efficiencies. • Generate Daily LTA Reports and perform root cause analyses • Meet daily with team and log any maintenance machine issues and the consequent solution. Publish log with priorities and scheduled completion to be verified by PMPA. • Technical training for Shift Supervisors and Operators. • Assist in maintaining expenses within Budget. • Audit time records and provide same by Monday to Accounting Department. • Perform yearly reviews for shift personnel • Monitor working hours and attendance of shift personnel- Captor. • Promote Teamwork, maintain positive work environment with production staff and other departments. • Comply with established guidelines per ISO/GMP. Additional Responsibilities: • Edit/Update SOPs as required. • Audit and Sign Time Records. • Assign machine PM's and verify completion. • Assign Duties to Technicians and Schedules. • Fully utilize the LTA system and Machine Monitoring. • Technical Training Job Requirements: High School Diploma 3-5 years' experience with High Speed Automation. 3-5 years' experience in Maintenance Supervision. Experience in ISO Environment, Focused on SOPs, Testing Procedures, and Regulatory Audit Ability to learn specific technical processes within probation period Computer Skills Including Microsoft Office.
