Messages may range from informative to persuasive and cover topics ranging from straightforward to highly technical. • Organizes and presents information orally in a meaningful form; speaks with individuals or groups inside or outside of Capital One. • Provides consultation to others on issues in one’s own area of expertise; shares information with others for purposes such as solving problems or developing recommendations. • Establishes and communicates objectives; holds direct reports accountable for results; resolves performance issues; provides ongoing feedback and recognition for performance; coaches to ensure associate development. • Enforces and/or audits policies, procedures, or processes that are used within Capital One to drive the business. • Establishes and implements a sales strategy; interacts with customers or potential customers to explain Capital One products and services with the goal of persuading them to do business with the company.
- High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification or military experience
- At least 1 year experience in a customer facing role
- 6 months experience in an operations role or 6 months experience in a leadership role
- 1 year experience in sales and service in a banking environment or 1 year experience in sales and service in a retail environment
