Within Global Technology and Operations (GTO), the centralized TechQA organization, tasked with all software testing, is looking for you to provide technical strategic leadership for the overall Test Delivery organization. You will act as a subject matter expert in the Test Engineering group and you will guide the partnership with employees and vendors in the Test Delivery organization, along with application, infrastructure, and vendor technical leadership to ensure organizational, functional and technical architectural alignment.
Application monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field, or equivalent work experience
12+ years broad experience in Information Technologies
Advanced expertise in testing concepts, tools, and methodology
Appropriate technical certifications desired
Extensive technical skills covering products and technologies knowledge. Sound knowledge of automation, non-functional testing, data and environment management is essential. Strong hands on expertise for automation and few other streams is desired
Good knowledge of current industry wide quality & test processes and practices, tools and techniques - their applicability and impact.
Software Analysis & Design knowledge/experience is needed while also having a solid background in Software Quality & Testing. Must have hands-on experience having performed both functional and non-functional testing and be able to review requirements, design and even code as needed..
Extensive knowledge of software development life cycle, infrastructure, products and services
Strong analytical and communication skills
Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field preferred
3-4 years Project Management experience, PMP desired
