Adecco Group has an immediate opening for a full time 10 month contract position for an Lean Analyst / Jr. Practitioner
in Bridgewater, NJ for a global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices.
Pay Rate: DOE
Must be able to work directly on W-2 basis. No sponsorship provided.
Successful candidate will be responsible for the documentation and analytical support of multiple Lean implementation projects within the Finance organization. Familiarity with Lean tools and methods and Lean culture and practices desired.
Responsibilities include meeting and workshop schedule management, creation, analysis and maintenance of process documentation, creation and maintenance of training documentation and the creation and maintenance of project outputs and artifacts. Individual will also have responsibility for update and maintenance of Lean in Finance SharePoint site, including the organization of Lean tools, materials and project artifacts.
Confident, self-starter, independent professional with demonstrated success and advanced skillset using Excel, and PowerPoint a must. Strong analytic aptitude, project management and organizational skills required. Knowledge of Lean, including experience with toolkit, framework and approach desired. Experience with workshop facilitation and presentation skills preferred. Demonstrated experience and success in the areas of finance and accounting desired.
