The Lean Management Internship will primarily focus on the development of measuring methods together with team-board participants to monitor the performance in daily team-board meetings (including development, implementation and maintaining of the measuring system). The tasks associate with the role will include: Manufacturing Processes Updating of procedures Statistical analyses Paperwork in deviation issues The position will also revolve around supporting the implementation of LEAN. It will also include redesign and reorganization of team-boards, and participation in daily team-board meetings. In addition, the intern will play a role in the continued improvement of the Philips team through Kaizen workshops. The intern will provide support for the preparation of Kaizen events, support for completing follow up tasks, and root-cause analyses. Must be a degree seeking candidate pursuing a field of study in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Project Management, or comparable relevant field. Previous professional experience in relevant position preferred.
