Work may be done in a virtual environment This role may require travel 10-20% of the time (reimbursed) Travel could be either local or out of town to support conferences at event sites (reimbursed) This may require use of own car when supporting local events (reimbursed) Location: Flexible: Virtual Remote and/or Chicago, Boston, McLean, Philadelphia, Tampa and New York Coordinating with stakeholders Managing/coordinating instructor sourcing/communications Creating/producing program materials Coordinating/tracking registration Ensuring compliance with all firm, AICPA and NASBA requirements Assisting with budget management Addressing client/learner questions Securing proper training facilities Providing on-site support Required Qualifications 3 years of experience, in a similar role Client service mindset Must possess the skills to understand overall program & learning objectives while providing the attention to detail necessary for the success of a program(s) Self-sufficient / strong initiative Quick / eager learner Knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word, PPT) Knowledge of Google tools (drive, sheets, docs, etc) Must possess the ability to effectively work in teams as well as independently Expected to thrive when multi-tasking and to be proactive in solving issues and problems on a real-time basis Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) or equivalent experience Other Details Proficient in Microsoft Application Knowledge of LN and Google To Apply: Apply Online by selecting "Apply Now" so your resume will be sent directly to the Recruiter Adecco Group offers Consultant benefits including Holiday, 401(k), Insurance Benefit Plans and Service/Anniversary Bonus opportunities.
