Learning Associate (COAF Servicing)

- Facilitate Loss Mitigation New Hire Trainings

- Facilitate Corporate Non-Exempt Onboarding Training Program for Plano

- Manage general classroom responsibilities (supplies, setup, ordering materials)

- Identify performance gaps and determine the cause in order to recommend the most appropriate learning solutions
- Consulting: Work with business clients to determine training and performance management needs

- Create partnerships with diverse teams within Capital One Auto Finance (COAF) to develop and implement learning strategies

- Reporting/Evaluation of Training Classes

- Bachelors Degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a sales or call center environment

- At least 1 year of experience in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- At least 1 year of experience coordinating business meetings or training events

- Masters Degree in Education, Human Resources or Training Design
- 1-2 years of experience in Training Design, Development Delivery
- 1 year of experience in Consulting
- 1 year of experience in Project Management
- Prior certification in a professional training course
