Job Title: Learning Services Coordinator
Schedule: 30 hours per week/ Days may vary
Duration: 60-90 days possible Temp to Hire
Serves as the first point of contact for employees and customers contacting the Learning and Development Center. Manages a variety of functions related to the delivery of efficient and effective Learning Services. Delivers hassle-free experiences to customers by anticipating needs, prioritizing assignments and flexing to the situational needs of the organization and Department. Success will require an exceptional foundation in front office duties, including, but not limited to:
Answering phones/Greet customers
Inventory/equipment management and ordering supplies
Maintain multiple databases and systems
Learn, adapt and utilize the following Learning Management System (LMS) Administration, Meeting Room Management (MRM) Administration; Tuition/Seminar Fund Administration; and Academic Affiliations Administration.
Process and uploads Education Application requests
Screens and processes student internship placements.
Submits and processes invoices.
Utilize MS Office
Requirements of This Position:
Associate's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's Degree
2 - 3 years related experience in fast-paced, complex environment
Proficiency with Excel (i.e. score of 80% or higher on 'Normal User' proficiency exam)
Knowledge and insight related to educational services and process improvement
4+ years relevant experience
