Adecco Group, USA is assisting a Multi-Billion dollar MNC in their search for a Manager of Lease Accounting (Full-Time/ Direct-Hire). Compensation: $90,000-$100,000 PLUS 15% Bonus. Location: Portland, OR

Job Summary:

Execute accounting processes and maintain effective internal controls around the tracking and accounting for lease operations, including technical considerations around capital leases, embedded leases, and build to suit considerations in accordance with US GAAP and policy.
Partner and advise cross-functional leadership teams of technical accounting considerations.
Assist in driving forecast accuracy
Participate in review of monthly, quarterly, and annual operational results; continuously add value.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and establish processes as needed to handle and enable new transaction streams.
Supervise and develop staff members.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
6+ years experience in accounting, finance or related functions
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Required
Big 4 Public accounting experience is Strongly Preferred
Multi-national consumer products or Fortune 500 experience
Advanced experience with accounting for complex lease agreements, including capital leases, embedded leases, and build-to-suit considerations
Exposure to ERP accounting and finance systems such as SAP or Oracle
Experience with researching complex technical accounting topics utilizing technical accounting resources and/or FASB Codification
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
