OfficeTeam is currently in search of a Lease Administrator for a local company that develops, manages, and leases a variety of stores and restaurants. Excellent people skills Responsible for Multiple Projects performing the tasks below: 1. Monitor critical lease data utilizing Excel / Timberline / MRI / Yardi / SQL Database / VTS 2. Review and coordinate monthly tenant rent billings for operating expenses, real estate taxes, CAM charges and rent escalations pursuant to lease terms 3. Tenant Alternate Rent | Amendment Tracking 4. Rent Roll Maintenance 5. Tenant Accounts Receivable Adjustments 6. Monitor sales performance related to Kickout measurements 7. Manage occupancy reports and CoTenancy obligations 8. Assist with tenant audits 9. Manage various monthly reports and transactions, ie End of Month 10. Execute special projects and ad hoc tasks as required Education • Degree in Real Estate or Accounting, preferred
