Local apartment complex is looking for a Leasing Assistant. The Leasing Assistant will work Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm The Leasing Assistant will process the following duties: • Resolve resident concerns/issues and provide the highest level of service. • Rent collections, three day notices, eviction process • Unit inspections, and managing the turnover process • Property inspections and reports • All activities related to apartment rentals including qualifying prospects, showing "ready" apartments, closing the lease, and completing all related paperwork in accordance with the company's and the community's established policies and procedures to ensure a timely move-in. • Oversee and issue maintenance requests • Maintain and create resident files, resident letters, etc. The Leasing Assistant will have the following qualifications: • Excellent communication skills and a team player • Strong grammar and organizational skills • Ability to multi-task between office duties, property inspections, leasing showings and handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Minimum Two Years Previous on-site residential management experience required • Must be proficient in MS Office with strong Word and Excel Skills • Knowledge of California Landlord Tenant Law and all California and Federal Fair Housing laws • Must work weekends APPLY NOW if you are interested in the Leasing Assistant position.
