Pay Rate/Salary: $14.00-14.00 / Hour
Now hiring for Leasing Coordinators in Columbus, Ohio. Day shift-no weekends!

Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm or 9am-6pm

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for fielding leads via technology based applications including CRM, Yardi, Rently & Outlook and assigns lead to appropriate Leasing Agent for follow-up.

  • Works with prospective tenants to follow-up and collect documentation during the lease application process.

  • Sends required documentation to future residents during the lease phase approval process including funds due, ROP and other communication.

  • Requests leases from lease writing department and follows up with future tenants to request funds due including security deposits, and other required fees.

  • Collects ESA (External Showing Agent) documentation and documents accurately in CRM database.

  • Assists in follow-up calls to current tenants in order to verify lease status including extension requests and lease renewal status.

  • Follows all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required and complies with relevant legal mandates. Seeks guidance as necessary.

  • Actively supports and participates in the safety program, both for self-protection and the protection of other employees, by reading and abiding by all requirements in the Safety Manual and Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).

  • Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.

  • Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.

  • Handles various other duties as delegated by the Leasing Manager.

    Job Requirements �1-2 years experience in an administrative role required
    �Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Microsoft CRM
    �Experience with Yardi and Rently
    �Excellent planning and organizational skills
    �Ability to interact effectively at all levels
    �Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    �Strong customer, quality and results orientation
