Administrative to support the legal department and the real estate company assuring the compliance and the execution of different functions.
Assistance workers compensation claims administration
Insurance claims administration
Assistance for preparing, processing and maintaining regulatory filings
Managing and maintaining company records and documents
Maintaining compliance policies, procedures and processes
Assisting with presentations and training
Communicating with all company departments to address legal/compliance needs
Dealing with and utilizing some of the company¿s compliance system, as well as managing documentation
Dealing with any ad hoc queries that arise from others within the company
Department secretarial/administrative work (POs, payment)
