The Legal Operations Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing support to the Legal Operations Manager, with the Legal Department's operations, systems, processes and tools to deliver legal services in the most efficient manner. This position, at the direction of the Manager, will prepare data for reporting to the Department leaders related to monthly/quarterly spending, budget objectives, annual goals and strategic plans. The Coordinator will also be responsible for the Department's data entry and tracking related to legal/professional fees submitted for approval and invoice review in the approved billing system, as well as tracking Department travel and related expenses, to include dues and subscriptions.
This position provides administration support for the Legal Department as needed and operates with latitude in accomplishing tasks. This position works under the supervision of the Manager.
