Robert Half Technology is seeking a Level 2 Desktop Support Analyst who is able to convey complicated technical information to non-technical users in a simple and concise format. This role is best suited for problem solvers who prefer to work in a challenging and positive environment. This Desktop Support Analyst role is long term temporary-to-fulltime in nature and is located in the Woodbridge, New Jersey, area. What you get to do every single day - Organize hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors - Fix computer problems, and recommend appropriate action/solutions - Manage and complete technology implementation projects - Ensure the integrity of all electronic data records by following company quality standards - Interact regularly and effectively with ticket submitters - Provide computer desktop support to local remote locations in accordance with established policies and procedures - Curate records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities - Preserve, inspect, and mend computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals - Trace equipment inventory and team up on potential purchases - Offer your support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
