Level II IT Support

A client of Robert Half Technology is in need of a Level II IT Support. Some responsibilities of this Level II IT Support position include, but are not limed to: - Provide telephone, in-person, and online support to end users - Provide great customer service and answer questions made by users about hardware, software operation, and the use of systems and software applications - Install hardware and software when needed - Set up equipment for employee use and performs or ensures proper installation of cables, operating systems or appropriate software - Records all IT issues into ticketing system - Preform system management using; active directory, group policy, and other tools - Design, create and maintain computer images - Preform other duties when needed assigned by upper management
