Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
Float Pool

POSITION SUMMARY: The Licensed Nursing gives direct, selected nursing care under the supervision of the licensed nurse and performs clinical duties for the nursing units under the direction of a licensed nurse.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The Licensed Nursing Assistant assists the licensed nurse in selected nursing care activities including comfort and ADL measures, collection of designated patient data, and documentation of nursing-related activities in the medical record.
