Coordinate and manage product lifecycle projects by bridging between Product Support and site Technical Services functions. Scope to include commercial recombinant protein therapies manufactured at internal and contract sites. Provide alignment across functional groups in Technical Services and PDTS in relation to project prioritization, program management, budgeting & project resources. In addition, provide effective communication to functional leadership and stakeholders of program status, including deliverables, key performance indicators and escalation topics.
Managing project portfolio (programs) within Technical Services for Recombinant Protein Therapies (TS-RPT) and TS External Manufacturing.
Effective communication to TS leadership and stakeholders
Develop TS network for project alignment to drive efficient management and resource utilization including reporting of key performance indicators
Bridging with key stakeholders on strategic initiatives requiring TS leadership and/or support.
Education & Experience Requirements:
This individual will have a minimum of:
• A BSc in Biochemistry/Protein Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or related discipline with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Technical experience with process development and/or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with project management and/or leadership enabling cross functional engagement to deliver project goals and timelines.
