Lithography Equipment Development Engineer/Commodity Manager

Job Description: GSM-FE is looking for a senior Individual Contributor candidate - responsible for Technology Development (TD) focused technology and commercial deliverables for Intel's Lithography tools from ASML. Candidate will partner with TD Engineering, Finance, Planning, Legal and the GSM-FE Lithography team to drive cost reductions and performance improvements in ASML Lithography tools to meet Intel's technical, strategic and financial objectives for future process nodes. Responsibilities include partnering with TD to negotiate technical specs, resolve litho toolset performance issues, proactively drive performance improvements/cost reductions, negotiate commercial contracts and develop Lithography negotiation and sourcing strategies.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve win-win results, knowledge of Intel's Lithography road-maps and qualification processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to lead, influence, coach, facilitate, build teams and deliver results.

Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Administration (MBA) and 10 years of experience in Lithography and/or Semiconductor Manufacturing - must have experience in Contract Management, Supplier Negotiation, Manufacturing Supply Chain and Intel Business/Finance/Planning. Prior knowledge developing and executing worldwide sourcing strategies, broad sourcing and procurement expertise and a track record of successfully influencing at the Director/VP and CEO levels internally and externally. Knowledge of Intel's IP protection, CNDA procedures is critical as are demonstrated skills in Supplier/Supply Chain Management, Analytical/Problem Solving, Leadership/Innovation, Contract Negotiations, Stakeholder Management/Customer Orientation, and ability to drive change/develop creative solutions.

Ideal candidate must be an effective communicator of both written and verbal information to all levels of management and across diverse cross-functional global teams, have a proven ability to work effectively in multicultural team environment, and be able to support multiple concurrent projects/ activities. Strong problem solving and presentation skills are a must. Travel 5%-10% to international locations may be required.
