Loan Officer

A local company servicing Florida since 2010 is looking to hire Loan Officers to work from the comfort of their own home. If you meet the following guidelines please submit your resume so we can chat more about this great opportunity!

Current experience in loan origination, at least within 1 year but preferably within 6 months.
Knowledge of processing underwriting and/or closing procedures/federal lending regulations governing real estate lending.
Should have excellent communication skills; both oral and written, and be self-motivated with ability to work independently.
Teamwork and customer service skills a must, and must possess the ability to relate at all levels.
Self-motivated and highly organized and have excellent time management and follow-up skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks.
MLO license in the state of Florida
Familiar with FHA and HUD guidelines.
Solid time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences.
Ability to analyze and comprehend complex financial data and provide financial alternatives.
