Our client, a successful and responsible bank, is hiring a Call Center Cust Svc Rep IV for their Support Group. As the Call Center Cust Svc Rep IV, you will Provide systems support assistance to business line partners that utilize the Small Business Loan Center (BBOs, Bankers, and their support staff). Communicate with both retail and business banking staff to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and provide basic troubleshooting support with navigating through a web based underwriting platform. Responsible for ensuring compliance with both internal policies and customer service standards. The specialist is expected to answer all questions correctly. The position will be in a small call center environment. Both communication skills and computer skills must be excellent. Training will be provided on the systems but basic technical skills are required to be able to hit the ground running.
