This position is responsible for managing all operational duties concerning deposits and providing support for various branch operations. This position is also responsible for monitoring and managing the processing of ACH and all other electronic transactions and for responding to all internal and customer inquiries and errors concerning electronic transactions and online banking. The Payoff/Customer Service Specialist is responsible for preparing and processing payoff quotes when applicable in a timely manner and within the written policies and procedures of the bank. This position is also required to respond to customer inquiries and requests as they may apply to all facets of a consumer, residential or commercial loan. This position will also act as support and liaison to loan file maintenance, HMDA reporting, construction loan processing and assist with the escrow administration for taxes and insurance when required.
