A Midtown Property Management company is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with property management experience. This position is temporary to full-time and has room for growth within the company. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Schedule move-ins, move-outs, deliveries and assist residents with the COI process. Schedule the Resident's Lounge and process paperwork, fees and security deposits. Run credit reports for rental applications submitted by Owners. Prepare large bulk mailings for notifications to the Owners such as distribution of Amendments, etc. Complete HOA questionnaires. Ideal candidate is someone who is sharp, eager to learn, can multi-task and has the ability to work independently as well as with others at all levels within the company. Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is a MUST!
