BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN, for per diem hours performing hospice visits for our Brattleboro Hospice office.  This office services clients in territories throughout Windham County. As an LPN, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides comprehensive end-of-life medical, social, and spiritual care, comfort, and support to patients and their family members.

Responsibilities of a Licensed Practical Nurse:

  • Assessments

  • Training and education of family members

  • Medication administration

  • Administration of prescribed treatments and therapies

  • Communication with other members of the patients' multi-disciplinary team

  • Emergency management


Each Licensed Practical Nurse must:

  • Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Vermont

  • Have at least one year of verifiable work experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse

  • Graduate of an accredited and approved nursing program as indicated by school transcript or diploma

  • Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
