Our client in the Robinson area is looking for a Mailroom Assistant. Primary duties would include scanning, processing electronic records, printing and preparing correspondence, opening, reviewing and sorting incoming mail. The ideal candidate must be proficient in MS Office Suite, with an emphasis in Excel and Outlook. Strong problem solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment are important in this role. This position would be Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, on an indefinite temporary basis.
