Job Summary:
The Maintenance Coordinator will manage the work order system and assist the POM function with the work order process for a multi-site, charter school company to include maintenance and grounds services. This professional will coordinate related services or materials required for cost-effective operations and results of the plant.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Review work requests
  • Communicate continued status of work orders with Area Managers and School Administration
  • Receive estimates to accomplish jobs
  • Assist in the coordination of proper work priorities
  • Follow-up with vendors to accomplish work, periodic maintenance, operations and services, and scheduled work orders
  • Manage a complete computerized database of all work requirements, input data, produces reports, and coordinates with all Area and Site Supervisors
  • Provide personal interface with the school community to insure responsible, timely, and accurate responses to the community
  • Support the facilities maintenance department and their programs to provide a safe, attractive, and functional education environment
  • Responsible for communicating and follow-up with vendors
  • Manage and use the CMMS database (ISIS Pro)
  • Additional Job Functions:
  • Assist with general office administrative tasks
  • Assist with projects or tasks as assigned by supervisor or management

Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, organization skills, and attention to detail
  • Building and maintaining strong client relations
  • Support the client's POM and maintenance programs
Desired Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years college preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word and other computer programs
