  1. Provide support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Maintenance and Production Departments.



  • Associate will coach and mentor other Maintenance Electrician.

  • Reviews work of subordinate Engineering professionals.

  • Maintenance Electrician's expertise and guidance in the identification, analysis and resolutions of problems.

  • Effective planning, organizational, estimation, scheduling and monitoring of work activities.

  • Through and accurate technical support, correspondence, documentation, calculations and sketches.

  • Continuous improvement of job-related, maintenance engineering, technical and professional knowledge, skills and performance.


  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Maintenance management

    The Maintenance Electrician may have to office equipment and computers, which can cause eye strain. The Maintenance Electrician may also have to do some stooping, walking, sitting, standing and lifting of supplies and materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

    RequirementsSkilled in principles of project management and experience in the utility industry.
    5 to 7 years experience as a practicing Maintenance Electrician.
    Skilled in practices of researching engineering design issues, evaluating alternatives, making sound recommendations and preparing and presenting recommendations.
    Analytical and problem solving skills.
    Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
    Time management skills and Team building skills.
