Perform all production equipment setups as required to meet operational needs.
Support and complete Preventive and Planned maintenance of mechanical, electrical and utilities equipment including but not limited to; cleaning, inspecting, setup, diagnosing, replacement, testing and continuous improvements.
Inspect visually and listen to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunction;
Identify and reports the need for repairs to Maintenance Management.
Effectively communicates with other departments in a professional manner at all times on equipment repair status.
Work within the maintenance team to accurately communicate and document events so that others have the most effective information to solve problems;
Lead in the diagnoses of mechanical and electrical malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
Lead efforts associated with plant shutdown maintenance work.
Enhance the knowledge and skills of others in mechanical and electrical systems with mentoring and training techniques for team members.
Report food safety & quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, bottling experience preferred.
Strong mechanical and electrical skills; PLC experience desired.
Experience with CMMS or ERP systems needed, SAP experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
