What you will do
Leadership and guidance are key to driving improvement metrics in safety, quality, productivity and costs. You will set performance standards for task, jobs and roles of their employees to minimize downtime, improve throughput in support of manufacturing operation. You are responsible for supervision of mechanics on activities/metrics on machine uptime, OEE-overall equipment effectiveness, BAE-Basic attention to equipment, TPM-total productive maintenance. In this role, you will have a direct impact on continuous improvement, efficiency improvement and deliverable to internal customers (assembly and pasting) through minimization of downtime with timely and effective equipment/machine repair, and assist maintenance mechanics with troubleshooting.

You are self-motivated, independent thinker, quality conscious and results orientated, partnering, coaching and training your team comes naturally. Because you are an effective communicator and willing listener you are sensitive to employee concerns and needs.
What we look for
• Bachelor's degree preferred and 3-5 years maintenance supervision experience
• A plus would be lean training, 5s training, HPT exposure, TPM experience (hands on practical maintenance experience-this is an absolute)
• Computing skills and a strong mechanical aptitude
• Prior manufacturing experience
• Must have delivered demonstrated improvement measurable/metrics
• Caring, competent, consistent
