Responsibilities

* Support production operations for all maintenance requirements, including hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems as scheduled.
* Troubleshoots and maintains all plant equipment through the application of sound troubleshooting techniques and superior repair methodology.
* Work from available drawings and equipment specifications and schematics.
* Perform preventive, predictive and routine inspection maintenance.
* Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Position Requirements:

* Minimum 1-3 years work experience in a similar role ideally in production orientated environment, with emphasis on CNC machines and presses.
* Mechanics
* Hydraulics
* Pneumatics
* Electronics
* Experience with relay logic, motors, motor starters and control circuits for AC & DC Motors.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work as a team or independently with little supervision.
* Shift flexibility is essential.

Preferred

* PLC experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley and GE Fanuc
