The Prudential Client Management Manager will project manage and support the efforts of the Vice Presidents and Managing Directors of PCM:
  • Collecting, understanding, summarizing and analyzing current Prudential services provided to specific clients and partners
  • Strategizing with team on objectives of each account, including creating an execution strategy to meet each objective and have a meaningful role in execution of the plan
  • Help, support and work alongside the Vice Presidents and Managing Directors in understanding the current relationships and executing client priorities
  • Identifying areas where Prudential US businesses can add further value to a specific client / prospect / partner relationship and/or identify market trends
  • Represent PCM to internal partners to educate on the key initiatives, themes and best practices for engagement with each client and partner you are responsible for

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Prepare research summaries and ad hoc reports on various business items: topics may include client business priorities, pension / retirement income, investments, insurance and annuities
  • Understand and synthesize complex client / partner data into executive summaries and understand the financial metrics of a business decision
  • Contribute to thought leadership and collateral material development and execution
  • Anticipate needs of team and clients (internal and external) through strong working relationships and coordination
  • Possess good understanding of assigned clients’/prospects’/partners’ overall business strategy and needs in the retirement (income and risk management), investment, annuity and insurance areas
  • Have broad understanding of each Prudential’s businesses, distribution, products and markets (includes Retirement, PGIM, Group Insurance, Annuities and ILI)
  • Efficiently navigate the Prudential organization to assemble and summarize internal information
  • Propose recommendations for improvement or standardization of processes
  • The position requires attention to detail, the ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in financial services
  • Actively pursuing CFA/FSA a plus
  • Strong project management skills, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically
  • Ability to interact efficiently with professionals at all levels and functions, including senior management and business sales professionals
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
