Current Need

McKesson Specialty Health is looking for a Manager of Clinical Education.



Position Description

Oversee operations related to clinical education digital services, such as Expert-Connect, eLearn Now, e-Announcements, and Banner Ads

Work in collaboration with the Business Development Team in selling the digital services to Pharmaceutical & Biotech companies, and manage relationships with Pharma-Biotech customers.

Oversee educational grants submissions and execution

Interact and manage the relationship with experts and other clinicians involved in Expert-Connect

Develop and implement strategies towards raising provider awareness and participation in Expert-Connect

Collaborate with other internal stakeholders towards the development and launch of future generations of digital clinical education services
Manage, coach and develop the digital services execution team
Adhere to ICARE and iLEAD, all McKesson policies and procedures as well as HIPAA and other laws and regulations regarding privacy and other healthcare related matters.

 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
3+ years experience in project management and demonstrated leadership skills.

Critical Skills

5 years of healthcare experience (preferably in oncology)

Prior interactions with, or knowledge of, the Pharma-Biotech Industry

5 years of Project / product management experience

Experience in a customer facing role or customer service experience

2 years of people management experience

 

 

Additional Knowledge & Skills
MBA preferred, and experience in Oncology preferred

Exceptional communications skills

Proven ability to present to and interact with all levels of the organization, including external customers, physicians, clinical staff, and administrative staff

Ability to handle several priorities at once

Strong attention to details



Education
4-year degree or related field or equivalent experience
