The Manager, OBPCC (Occasion Brand Package Price Channel ) supports commercial strategy development with heavy focus on pipeline and score carding management, execution, trade marketing development, look of success enhancement, KBI reporting tracking to standardize analytical approach across the system.
Provides analytical support to inform the strategy development while integrating and reflecting multiple stake holders input (PRGM, CatCom, Commercialization & Marketing). Developing system tools to enable Sales & Filed sales to execute the Commercial Strategy. Manages product & package development through the Stages & Gates process to bring to life the OBPPC pipeline. Manages packaging development pipeline for all SSDs portfolio.
Analyze business performance, Support strategy development, and provide specific new packages and price points recommendations at channel and customer level
Exchange information with RGM, Channel Strategy and Category Managers to understand and identify potential barriers for strategy execution, while informing strategic approach and finding in a collaborative way white space opportunities for the current sparkling architecture.
Understand Look of Success, translate shopper insights into actions (from sources like SONAR) to develop innovative trade marketing materials that will help to enhance the connection at the POS with the shopper.
Manage new product and package development through Stages & Gates process, being primarily responsible to document business case, and steward the project through G1&G2 as well as performing the Post Launch Analysis.
Inform the creative brief development for selected consumption occasion that will reinforce the strategy development with communication Above The Line.
Market visits to validate execution and competitive analysis
Education Undergraduate form engineering or business related
4 years minimum in CPG
Good skills to manage software specially MS office
Highly analytical and proficient in Math
Ability to establish and develop new relationships
