The Manager of Consumer Digital Marketing is responsible for executing and supporting the marketing strategy and product evolution of Aramark's consumer digital applications. The role is responsible for managing marketing strategies and campaigns that strengthen/scale our digital touchpoints, drive adoption and use of mobile apps and other digital channels. This is a highly collaborative role and the candidate must work closely with multiple Aramark functions (sales, operations, training, field marketing, insights/analytics, IT, finance) and external resources (technology partner, agencies, vendor partners) to ensure success.

The candidate will report directly to the Director, Digital and Web Marketing. They need to be proactive, detailed oriented, a creative thinker, and have the ability to work within a team. They should also be able to prioritize task demands and work independently.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Leverage consumer insights and data to inform the digital product roadmap; work with IT and 3 rd party technology partners to ensure delivery of enhanced features and UI
  • Inform product release schedules, prioritizing enhancements and communicating updates and impact of change management to all stakeholders
  • Execute insights plan to understand the brand health of our digital brands, evolve branding strategy/messaging as necessary over time
  • Develop deep understanding of Aramark menus, brand offerings, and work with insights, menu development and field teams to ensure optimized menu offering within the app
  • Manage marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and engagement (printed collateral, digital, mobile, social, email, client communications, etc.) of digital channels
  • Leverage user segmentation/data to build campaigns that drive engagement, frequency and encourage loyalty
  • Create on-going measurement and analysis on the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Drive engagement through a content strategy that strengthens the brand and the bond between the product and consumers
  • Own the content calendar, messaging strategies and work with 3 rd party technology partner to execute content within email, push notifications and other communications vehicles
  • Work with sales/growth organization to appropriately position the brand (and Aramark mobile/consumer/tech) to current and prospective clients
  • Work with brand and growth teams to build content that strengthens Aramark's reputation as an innovative company

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, technology, or significant relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 years business experience in marketing or communication on client or agency sand experience in the digital/mobile marketing space
  • Proven experience and performance in marketing mobile brands
  • Superior hands-on knowledge of marketing technologies and partners (email, CRM, social, paid media)
  • Well-networked in the mobile space - ability to keep up on trends and new innovation
  • Strong written, verbal and technical communication skills with thorough attention to detail
  • Existing knowledge of mobile marketing
