• Develop and execute GBT's website strategy to drive conversion and engagement of leads to drive quality leads to the GBT Sales organization
• Develop and deploy a paid social strategy for the company
• Support the build and deployment of acquisition focused capabilities partnering with internal technology teams and external data providers
• Develop strategy, project plans, and lead opportunities with internal and external (e.g. agency) teams, to deliver on acquisition goals
• Provide actionable insights into channel performance via data, rigor and regular reporting
• Ensure flawless execution and marketing excellence across all initiatives
• Partner across a global marketing and sales organization to gain insights into channel performance and improve results
• 3- 5 years experience in marketing across multiple channel disciplines
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels
• Strong influencing, relationship building and communication skills
• Track record for driving results through collaborative/cross functional initiatives
• Experience working with technology teams to develop new capabilities
• Experience in managing and optimizing digital channels through test and learn
• Proven self starter who can identify new opportunities and navigate through ambiguity
• Comfort with using Google analytics and data to inform strategies
• Prospect focused mindset with a passion for delivering best in class marketing & customer experience
• B2B Marketing experience is a strong preference as is experience in the travel industry
• Experience with Word Press is required
• This role is located in the Jersey City office
