Reporting directly to the Director, Integrated Strategy, this person will be focused on:
- Develop deep knowledge of key audiences and segments.
- Capture and share insights with team about what drives audiences and how they feel about the Prudential brand and key competitors.
- Develop the digital customer journey for prospects; advise on the ideal prospect experience and the KPIs and reportingthat will be most critical to a learning agenda with this target.
- Work with teams to build holistic communications plans and content ecosystems, working closely with partners in media, search, social and site teams.
- Build test and learn plans and identify appropriate KPIs.
- Become the go-to expert on best practices and help codify best practices for testing and optimization. Tap into industry trends, cultural trends and bring the most salient opportunities and insights forward.
