The Manager, Dispensing Solutions Marketing, is responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that promotes McKesson Specialty Health’s oral and infusion pharmacy dispensing solutions, with a primary focus on our In Office Dispensing solution, and support for our Lynx Mobile solution, to our target customers (provider, manufacturer, and payer). This individual will be a subject matter expert in our offering and the competitive landscape for our industry and set of competitive companies. The desired candidate will possess product marketing and other customer facing experience combined with proven abilities to develop and execute programs that drive positive business outcomes. The candidate should also have experience or familiarity in working with and supporting sales teams.
Program Development and Advancement– Create market requirements to identify priority markets, developing strategic programs to both grow our footprint and optimize service utilization. Drive perspective on the evolution of the solution portfolio based on a deep understanding of customer needs and the competitive landscape. Drive collaboration with key stakeholders across strategy, marketing, sales and operations to create, execute and monitor go to market approach. Where appropriate, the candidate will also identify program related opportunities to promote MSH’s though leadership by showcasing innovation and expertise in our products and solutions.
Demand Generation – Develop a deep understanding of markets and buyers to directly, or in partnership with the marcom team, build and launch promotional campaigns, sales / education materials, collateral and event production needed to drive demand and retention while delivering a positive customer experience. Efforts may include go to market strategy, content development, project management (e.g. facilitation of marketing, legal / compliance review of content, quality assurance) and campaign results reporting.
Internal alignment - Strong customer focus and collaboration with product / solutions, sales, support and communications teams with an ability to contribute and drive visible value in a matrixed organization
Budget and forecast responsibility for product related activities
3+ years of marketing experience including 1+ years managerial experience
5-8 years of marketing experience, specifically product marketing
5-8 years experience in developing and executing programs that drive business success
Experience with market requirements / go to market strategy development required
Experience or familiarity in working with and supporting sales teams required
3 years of experience within healthcare specifically experience with oncology markets and or specialty pharmaceuticals required

We prefer that this position be located in San Francisco, CA. However, we are open to candidates in Cary, NC and The Woodlands, TX
