He/she manages the administration and financial reporting of global equity compensation, deferred compensation programs, Johnson & Johnson stock, treasury stock and the department’s Sarbanes Oxley 404 program. He/she is an integral stakeholder on administration and financial reporting of the programs while managing and controlling these programs to ensure compliance with plan documents, Financial Accounting Standards and government regulations. He/she also monitors the administrative systems and websites to ensure that the systems are current, operating effectively to meet the needs of the equity holders and are providing accurate information for the administration and reporting of equity transactions.
The Manager, Equity Compensation Resources is responsible for managing the relationship of equity brokers used by employees to sell stock option. He/she also provides support to senior executives, and partners with Corporate Tax, Legal, Consolidations, Total Rewards, Human Resources, Global Payroll, and internal and external auditors. He/she is responsible for the performance and development of five analysts.

Bachelor’s degree is required.
- An MBA and CPA are
- A minimum of 7 years of
progressive accounting/finance experience is required.
- Prior people management
experiences are required.
- Experience with
financial reporting regulatory requirements such as Sarbanes Oxley, US
Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Security Exchange Commission is
- Experience with
administration of equity compensation is preferred.
