Current Need

Manages preparation of business unit consolidation schedules and liaises with corporate financial reporting team to facilitate questions / comments. Performs internal reviews of critical account reconciliations to identify risks and opportunities. Prepares dashboards to monitor key performance indicators of controller organization. Special projects as assigned.

 

Position Description
• Review and assess critical account reconciliations for risks / opportunities; i.e. aged receivables, aged liabilities, inventory expiration, appropriate amortization and depreciation conventions

• Manages preparation of accurate and timely reporting schedules, monthly and quarterly, for corporate consolidation of business unit. These include, but limited to: Statement of Cash Flows, Debt Rollforward, Fixed Assets Rollforward, BS Flux Analysis, Equity Rollforward

• Prepare dashboards to monitor key performance indicators of Controller Group.

• Special projects as assigned.

 

Qualifications



Minimum Requirements
5+ years accounting experience including 2+ years managerial experience

Critical Skills
Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Additional Knowledge & Skills
Prior public accounting experience preferred
Healthcare experience desired

Education
4-year degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance desired


Certifications/Licensure
CPA preferred
