That's why we are proud to be recognized as Best Large Employer by Forbes, World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere, and One of the Most Meaningful Companies to Work for in America by Business Insider. **Job Description** The Manager Financial Support – Energy Services reports to the Vice President of Finance and is responsible for for financial planning and analysis, performance measurement, analysis of budgets and forecasts, development of pricing models, ad-hoc analysis, and business development support through preparation of acquisition pro forma models, coordination of due diligence, and market planning for all Emerging Business lines of business. **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities** **Preferred Qualifications** **Principal Responsibilities** • Develops and improves the depth and quality of the reporting of financial data, business drivers and key performance indicators. • Provides analytical support for on-going strategic planning and corporate development efforts through market planning. • Monitors monthly and quarterly performance against financial and business objectives. • Develops methodologies, databases, and database queries to regularly collect, consolidate and report timely, accurate and complete data. • Prepares executive summaries to support business decisions and identify strengths and weaknesses within the business. • Prepares acquisition pro forma models and subsequent financial and operational due diligence. Furthermore, they do not establish a contract for employment and are subject to change at the discretion of the Company. **Qualifications** • Minimum of 5 years of financial planning and analysis experience and/or consulting or public accounting experience. (Required.) • Bachelor's Degree.
