The Digital Marketing & Transformation group is responsible for aligning Visa's global digital marketing efforts to deliver maximum impact to business results while maintaining operational efficiency. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Digital Marketing Operations + Governance, the Manager, Global Digital Platform Management is responsible for managing enhancements to our content management system supporting Visa's key external (170+ Visa.com country sites) and internal (employee intranet) websites. The individual will lead scope and requirements definition for all new site features and functionality to support key business objectives. In addition, the Manager will be responsible for defining, evolving and communicating all key website processes, as well as coordinating ongoing global governance efforts in support of website + social media marketing efforts.

The position requires strong decision-making, relationship management and influence skills, and a proven ability to think strategically while also possessing a strong attention to detail. In addition, the individual will require strong communication skills (both oral and written), as they will be required to communicate frequently with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.

Major Job Duties + Responsibilities:
  • Defines global content management platform vision, identifying key enhancements to external and internal websites, and successfully drives alignment across key internal stakeholders.
  • Manage all aspects of CMS development and enhancements from concept to delivery: effectively translates key business objectives into clearly defined scope and requirements, and partners with Technology organization to coordinate development and implementation of new CMS capabilities.
  • Responsible for defining, documenting, communicating and evolving all critical website operations processes, ensuring awareness and adherence among internal (regional website teams) and external (digital agencies) stakeholders.
  • Responsible for defining, coordinating and implementing all CMS platform analytics efforts including implementation and ongoing governance. Ensures all external + internal website efforts are supported by detailed measurement + analytics.
  • Responsible for coordinating global social media and website governance, including conducting quarterly enterprise-wide audits to ensure adherence to all critical key controls + processes.


  • Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience leading large-scale web marketing operations, with either client-side or agency experience, and deep knowledge of digital marketing best practices
  • Exceptional project management skills, with keen attention to detail and proven ability of successfully managing multiple complex digital marketing projects on time and within budget
  • In-depth knowledge of web content management systems; Adobe Enterprise Manager experience preferred
  • Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills takes initiative, overcomes adversity and creatively solves problems or roadblocks
  • Poised and effective communications skills (both oral and written), with ability to adjust communication style and message based on audience
  • Demonstrates exceptional teamwork, interpersonal and relationship-building skills; leads by both influence and example.
  • Bachelor's degree is required
