Current Need
We need a multi-faceted compliance and ethics professional with a background in enterprise investigations, with a subject matter expertise in fraud & abuse.  The ideal candidate will also have experience in several core compliance areas such as mitigation planning and compliance auditing & monitoring. 
 
Position Description
The person in this position will support the Investigation Counsel in McKesson’s Compliance, Regulatory and Ethics (CRE) organization and report to the Director of Global Investigations, who oversees McKesson’s investigations and Conflict of Interest programs.  Specific duties will include:  Manage all aspects of the corporate investigation process, work with various stakeholder to implement corrective action and process changes and participate in compliance monitoring activities.   
 
This person will work collaboratively with members of the CRE team and will successfully build, maintain, and strategically influence relationships across all areas of the company (with a particular focus on other corporate functions such as the General Counsel Organization, HR, IT, corporate security, information security, and with McKesson business unit compliance officers).
 
Critical Skills
  • 4+ years experience in compliance group
  • 4+ years of Corporate Investigations and/or Internal Audit Experience
  • Certification such as CFE or CCEP or equivalent
  • Proven knowledge and skills in conducting complex fraud investigations
  • Demonstrated compliance auditing and monitoring skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and people skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; excellent judgment. 
  • Excellent project management skills with attention to detail
  • Experience working  in a large, matrixed institutional setting
     
    Additional Knowledge & Skills
  • Internal audit background a plus
    Working in the healthcare industry preferred but not required
  • Exceptional interpersonal and people skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete cases/projects in a timely manner
     

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
8 years Compliance, Legal, HR, Business or related field or equivalent
 
Education
BA or BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience
 
Physical
General office demands.
