Description
The Manager of Lead Development will lead a team of high-performing Lead Development Reps who cover North America from our corporate headquarters in Lowell, MA. You will oversee the reps' day-to-day productivity, monitor lead queues, provide clear direction & constructive coaching - always working towards performance improvement & rep development. The manager must be a collaborator who communicates effectively and works well with internal 'customers' (inside / field sales), and stakeholders across the marketing organization.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be a leader - you will serve as the LDR's primary point of contact
  • Achieve all team-assigned lead production objectives and MBOs (and any individually assigned objectives)
  • Ensure timely follow-up of unqualified leads and drive lead conversion rates.
  • Audit the LDR's conversations / interactions and CRM utilization to coach for effectiveness and quality
  • Enable / train LDRs on system proficiency, processes, campaigns (objectives and strategy), products and solutions
  • Responsible for maintaining effective calling guidelines and scripts

    Qualifications
    Education and Training:
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or equivalent years of experience in related field
    Work Experience:
  • Minimum 6-8 years experience (including 2 to 4 years management of a lead development or inside sales team; preferably 4 to 6 years lead qualification/generation/inside sales)
  • Business to Business and High Tech / Software industry required

    Skills and Knowledge:
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Salesforce.com proficiency REQUIRED; sales engagement / productivity tools, marketing automation are plusses)

  • Highly motivated person with a passion to succeed!
