Manages, controls, and enforces loss prevention programs for multiple stores. Protects assets and provides a safe shopping and working environment. Completes audits, analyzes reports, and plans and conducts investigations. Coordinates and conducts training. Monitors store safety programs.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of five years related experience including a minimum of two years supervisory experience.
Fundamental knowledge of investigational techniques, laws, and industry practice.
Basic knowledge of OSHA guidelines.
Excellent communication skills.
