Robert Half Technology has a Cloud Network Operations Manager that is responsible for working closely with the networking teams to resolve any tickets that are outstanding or tickets that need priority to close. This is not a not a Networking configuration or people management role but more operations and process management. This company follows ITIL standards and is seeking a candidate that has worked in an ITIL environment and has a good understanding. Having an ITIL cert is ideal but not a requirement. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
Service responsibility for the operations of a global Cloud Network infrastructure
Must have worked with Service request fulfillment; Change management; Incident management; Escalation management and Problem management
Must have a good understanding of Networking engineering as there will be a close cooperation with the local network support team (2nd and 3rd level)
Single Point of contact to the customer
Ensuring operational processes are clearly defined, documented, communicated, standardized and are compliant with audit requirements
Experience in operations of global IT infrastructures is preferred
Experience with ticketing tools
Service reporting, KPIs, SLAs (internal and to the customer)
Ability to travel internationally about 5 weeks a year
