The manager for Patient Advocacy and Service Excellence promotes
positive relations between patients, families, physicians, staff and the
hospital facilitating programs, processes and actions the organization
may take to better serve the patient base. Promotes new research,
provides educational activities and initiates expectations for improved
patient and family relationships.
Qualifications:
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Experience with patient advocacy, service excellence, conflict resolution and customer relations is required.
