This position is responsible for managing traveling Implementation Consultants in Enterprise Workflow Solutions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performance management, time entry and approval, expense review and approval, implementation process and methodology oversight, services pricing and employee training. This role includes management of installing customers as relates to EIS products specifically One Content. Approximately 25% travel is required. Previous management experience necessary and management of a services function preferred.
Position Description
Manage traveling Implementation Consultants. Ensures team members are adequately trained to successfully implement EIS product(s).
Implement corporate and/or organizational policies.
Enhance methodology development to improve the repeatability and predictability of services.
Drive continuous improvement in implementation services business operations by initiating change and creating an environment that is conducive to change.
Manage/enhance Implementation Consultant engagement processes for EIS customers.
Ensure staff accountability to established performance objectives with reference to results, quality, productivity standards and time schedules.
Manage and evaluate assigned staff and assure that each person understands, accepts and supports Services goals and objectives.
Management responsibility for system implementation, including planning, system design and setup, system testing, customer education, documentation and system acceptance.
Manage financial objectives as relates to staff utilization, budget objectives and revenue forecasting.
Identify and recommend developmental and enhancement priorities for services based upon staff and customer feedback.
Ensure effective working relationship with sales and customer support to accomplish joint objectives that support delivery of products and services.
Resolve customer satisfaction issues and escalate issues through existing management structure.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years specific systems experience including 2+ years managerial experience
Critical Skills
Minimum 4 years specific IT/project experience.
Minimum 2 years in management/leadership role
Minimum 4 years managing, communicating and providing service to external customers
