Deliver Results & Grow Business:  Develop and execute 1yr and 3yr business plans supporting national/regional/local objectives including the development & implementation of strategies, processes & programs.

•Ensure manufacturing processes are compliant with company specifications and meet customer expectations.

•Satisfy the needs and service requirements of the internal and external customers.

•Ensure compliance to company and regulatory policies.

•Represent the company and its interests in the community while remaining environmentally responsible in all efforts.


Other Responsibilities:

•Routinely review business results with plant personnel to maximize supply chain performance.

•Foster an environment that supports an engaged safety culture.

Required Education / Experience:

•Bachelor's degree required

•Minimum of 2 department manager roles in different supply chain functions

•Food, beverage, or high speed packaging experience

•Proficient in use of packaged computer software / industry standard software systems (e.g. SAP, MAXIMO, etc.)

•Responsible for performance management of salaried employees

•P & L responsibilities

•Management experience in union environment preferred

•Candidate must possess 5 - 7 successful years in managing Operations.

•Warehouse and distribution center management is a plus.

•Need to have a strong understanding of budget management.

•Strong communication and organizational skills are a must as well as an ability to work with sales management.

•Strategically aligns the operations' goals with those of the business unit and corporation.

•Familiarity with inventory management system is helpful.
