The Manager, Process Management supports life insurance product related projects across Operations, Business and Systems to solve complex business issues through product design, process, systems and infrastructure. Has full technical knowledge of business analysis. Is considered a subject matter expert in life insurance product, information planning and/or operational support. Works closely with operations and systems partners in the definition of new life insurance products and features, business/systems requirements, and systems testing. Provides business guidance through all phases of product design, development, marketing, and training, as well as ongoing product administration. Responsible for the day to day activities relating to one or more of the following: product design, business requirements rules, information analysis, and coordination of work with internal external partners. May have supervisory duties of instructing, assigning, directing and checking the work of the other business analysts.Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the life insurance industry is preferred.
- In particular, the work experience in the life insurance industry should include one or more of the following areas: designing and implementing new products, developing and testing of illustrations, actuarial or information systems, establishing and monitoring at-issue and post-issue operation procedures, drafting life insurance contracts, and/or any other functions that include an advanced understanding of life insurance calculations and product design.
